Size change

If you think that the size of the item is wrong and you want to change it you can write an email to "info@par5milano.com" requesting a size change (please insert the order number in the object).

N.B. (please note) - To proceed with the size change you must follow all the points correctly:

• it is possible to request a size change within 30 days of purchase;
• returned items will only be accepted if unworn and in their original condition (Par5 reserves the right to ask you for a photo of the purchased product before confirming the return);
• the shoe box is also part of the purchased item, so always double your returns

In case of order outside Italy the shipping will be at your expense, you must send the package to this address:
